Some backbends we'll explore: bridge, wheel, camel, fish to cobra, locust, bow.
Some inversions we will explore: crow, shoulder stand, headstand, tripod.
In between exploration of poses, we will do vinyasas and sul salutations to help release & stretch the muscles from the extended hold of poses.
At the end of our exploration, we will come into a guided meditation savasana. Which includes a shoulder and neck massage with essential oil.
